So I’ve yo-yo dieted my whole life so I thought this would help fix my relationship with food.
It didn't it made me very ill. I became obsessed with good and bad foods (red yellow green) and staying in my calories to the point I ended up in hospice with pancreatitis.
If you already have an unhealthy relationship with food this sadly will make you worse
Not enough support from the coaches. A lot of info that I already know or feel that I do not need to know about.

Initially, the recorded lessons really pulled me in- giving a likable, easy-going voice to a lot of information. Noom continues to inform on many levels- emotionally, psychologically, and physiologically. Day by day it’s becoming less of a struggle and more of a way of life. And most importantly, I’m losing weight!
Enjoying Noom, sometimes tricky to do all the daily readings but love the food tracking, exercise and water tracking. Loosing weight slowly but like that.
While I have changed the food and beverages that I consume, my weight is holding on for dear life!! I’ve learned to substitute burritos for fruit at lunch. I’ve replaced One DrPepper a day to DrPepper Zero sugar 2-3 times a week. I’m reaching for fruit instead of a knife, cheese and crackers for a snack or lunch. I hate logging my food but I know it is helping me become more mindful.
Noom is a great tool to make me more mindful of my food choices and portion sizes. The support of coaches and fellow Noomers is also helpful. The food logging system needs a little work as the calories are sometimes off.
This program has been slightly helpful. The coaching isn’t very involved, just someone asking one out to questions once per week. I don’t feel like the coaching is helping.
The lessons are interesting but only a few seem to really apply to my lifestyle. I’ve lost a few pounds over my first 5 weeks, not as many as I had hoped for.
Noom is definitely by far the best weight loss program I’ve ever tried, I love the psychology aspect it’s really helped me understand my habits and create new healthier ones. Improvements that could be made are better coaches. They don’t really ever talk to you and don’t have much feedback to give. Also more recipes would be great!
Noom included some good weight loss tips, but I didn’t reach the goal in May the app predicted I would when I was signing up. I actually weigh more than when I started. A couple weeks in, I was told I’d be paired with a group and coach. This never happened. I think the extra support could have been useful.
I love the app and all that’s there, however it’s super expensive for what you get. Sadly I’ll have to cancel mine soon i just can’t afford it and what’s sad is it really does work.
All the recording food, steps, water, etc. are great. The program info/lessons is good. The support is impersonal and lacking. Groups are to big. Coaches are ineffectual. They just keep throwing questions back at you rather than support, suggestions or solutions.

(800) 910-7375 is the phone number listed on the BBB website for NOON. It's a recording directing you to their website. I emailed the company to cancel (my trial). They responded in less than an hour and canceled/credited the charge. Can't complain about that.
